RETURN POLICY & DISCOUNT POLICIES
STANDARD RETURNS

We must receive your item within 14 days of receipt to process any return.

A valid return label provided by Bully Max’s support team is required before sending anything back.

No refunds will be processed without an authorized return label.
OPEN ITEM RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on opened products under any circumstances.

If you’re trying our food for the first time, we strongly recommend ordering a single bag and transitioning slowly to prevent stomach upset.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
SALE ITEMS & FREE ITEMS

Refunds on sale items are issued at the sale price only, not the original price.

If your order included a free item, that free item must also be returned in new condition to process your refund.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Bully Max Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

Only the damaged or missing item will be replaced, not the entire order.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and shipping box, then email them to help@bullymax.com. A customer service agent will provide next steps.

Products damaged due to improper storage are not covered under our policy.

Always store products in their original bags (clamped shut), in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled space.

Do not store in garages, outdoors, open containers, or damp areas such as basements.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery, using an authorized return label provided by Bully Max.
COUPONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

Only one (1) coupon code is permitted per transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

Bully Max reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any coupon(s) or promotional offers at our sole discretion, without prior notice, as allowed by law.

We may also limit the quantity of coupons and/or discounted items in a single transaction, by a single customer, or within a single day.

Coupon codes generally apply to your first subscription order only, unless otherwise noted.

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) or replaced if lost or stolen.
SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT POLICY

As of December 6, 2023, Bully Max established a standard recurring subscription discount of 10%.

This discount is subject to change at our discretion. If adjusted, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice to the email on file.

You have full control over your subscription and may pause, resume, update, or cancel at any time.

By subscribing, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to manage or cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

Bully Max does not issue refunds for orders already processed or shipped prior to a cancellation request. By maintaining a subscription, you agree billing and shipments will continue until you take action to pause or cancel.
