Bully Max’s Return Policy and Discount Policies
We must receive your item within 14 days of the receipt of the product in order to process your return.
You will need a valid return label (provided Bully Max's support team) prior to returning the product.
WE CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND WITHOUT A VALID RETURN LABEL.
Open item return policy:
- We do not accept returns for open product.
- If you’re trying the food for the first time, we recommend ordering a single bag. We also recommend transitioning your dog to new foods slowly. This will help prevent an upset stomach.
- We do not accept returns for international orders.
If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.
Damaged or Missing Product:
If you receive a shipment with damaged or missing product, it must be reported to Bully Max Customer Service within 14 days of receipt in order to be considered for a replacement. Only the item in question will be replaced, not the entire shipment. Please take photographs of the damaged product, including the shipping box, and email to help@bullymax.com and one of our Customer Service agents will contact you with next steps.
Products damaged due to improper storage are not covered under our return policy.
We recommend that all products are stored in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled environment. We also recommend that the food is stored in its original bag (clamped shut).
Storing food in garages, outdoors, in open bags, in storage containers, or in damp environments (such as basements) is NOT recommended.
How to Return Your Product (un-opened / unused)
To return your unopened product, complete the Bully Max Return Form here: https://shop.bullymax.com/pages/return-form
We must receive your item within 14 days of the receipt of the product to process your return. You must return the product using an authorized return label (provided by us).
Coupons, discounts, & gift cards
Coupon codes may be entered during the checkout process.
There is a limit of one (1) coupon permitted per transaction. Using multiple coupons for a single transaction is not permitted.
Bully Max reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon(s).
Bully Max reserves the right to limit the quantity of coupons and/or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single Customer, or in a single day.
Coupon codes may be used for your first subscription order only.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
The recurring subscription discount is subject to change. A 30 day notice will be sent prior to any subscription discount updates. This notification will be sent to the email that you provide during checkout.

On December 6th, 2023 Bully Max set a standard recurring discount rate of 10%.

Using the Bully Max Mobile App
- Download the Bully Max Mobile App:

Log in to Your Account:
- Open the app and log in using your Bully Max account credentials.

Access Subscription Management:
- Navigate to the “Subscriptions” section in the app.

Make Updates:
- Choose the subscription you want to update.
- Adjust your order frequency, change the shipping date, add or remove products, pause, or cancel your subscription directly from the app.
Using Your Customer Dashboard
When you create a subscription on bullymax.com, you will receive a link to your subscription portal via email. The email title is “Your recurring order charge confirmation from Bully Max”. Inside this email, there will be a “Manage Subscription” link.
If you are unable to find this email, please contact customer support. Our team can provide you with the link to your subscription portal.

Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page and are based on your location and weight of the package. These rates are dynamically calculated.
How can I get free shipping? If you place an order in the USA (Excluding AK, HI, PR, GU, and VI) and your cart value is over $100.00, you'll have the option to select free shipping on the checkout page. A coupon code is not required.
