Bully Max’s Return Policy and Discount Policies
We must receive your item within 14 days of the receipt of the product in order to process your return.
You will need a valid return label (provided Bully Max's support team) prior to returning the product.
WE CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND WITHOUT A VALID RETURN LABEL.
Open item return policy:
- We do not accept returns for open product.
- If you’re trying the food for the first time, we recommend ordering a single bag. We also recommend transitioning your dog to new foods slowly. This will help prevent an upset stomach.
- We do not accept returns for international orders.
If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.

Coupons, discounts, & gift cards
Coupon codes may be entered during the checkout process.
There is a limit of one (1) coupon permitted per transaction. Using multiple coupons for a single transaction is not permitted.
Bully Max reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY coupon(s).
Bully Max reserves the right to limit the quantity of coupons and/or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single Customer, or in a single day.
Coupon codes may be used for your first subscription order only.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Subscription Policy
You are able to pause, resume, or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer dashboard.
When you create a subscription on bullymax.com, you will receive a link to your subscription portal via email.
The email title is “Your recurring order charge confirmation from Bully Max”. Inside of this email there will be a “Manage Subscription” link. If you are unable to find this email, please contact customer support. Custom support can provide you with the link to your subscription portal.
Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page and are based on your location and weight of the package. These rates are dynamically calculated.
How can I get free shipping? If you place an order in the USA (Excluding AK, HI, PR, GU, and VI) and your cart value is over $100.00, you'll have the option to select free shipping on the checkout page. A coupon code is not required.
