We must receive your item within 14 days of the receipt of the product to process your return.

You will need a valid return label (provided by Bully Max’s support team) prior to returning the product.

WE CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND WITHOUT A VALID RETURN LABEL.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR OPEN PRODUCT.
