CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA & CPRA)

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This section supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information as defined under California law, including:

Identifiers such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and IP address.
Commercial information such as purchase history and product preferences.

Please include your name, the nature of your request, and sufficient details to allow us to verify your identity. We may need to request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

You may also authorize an agent to make these requests on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of your written authorization and that the agent is registered with the California Secretary of State.

VERIFICATION PROCESS

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This may include:

Matching information you provide with data already in our systems (such as order history or email confirmation).
Requesting additional information if needed.

We will not use verification data for any purpose other than to verify your identity.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this California Privacy Rights Notice from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated notice on this page with a new effective date.
