Kassidy Torrez has been training dogs since 2008, with a primary focus on personal protection and working dogs. She became involved with the Presa Canario breed in 2014, drawn to their versatility, athleticism, and unwavering loyalty. After marrying Travis Torrez in 2020, she brought her breeding program into PresaMania, where she continues to help preserve and develop versatile working Presa Canarios through responsible breeding, training, and competition.
Kassidy believes every dog should be capable of doing the job it was originally bred to do. Whether that means excelling in protection sports, pulling weight, or serving as a confident and dependable family companion, preserving purpose has always been at the heart of her program.
In addition to her work with Presas, Kassidy has a passion for American Hairless Terriers and enjoys helping new handlers discover the world of working dog sports through education, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
