BULLY MAX’S RETURN POLICY & DISCOUNT POLICIES

We must receive your item within 14 days of receipt of the product to process returns. A valid return label (provided by Bully Max’s support team) is required.
No refunds can be processed without a valid return label.

OPEN ITEM RETURN POLICY

1. We do not accept returns for open products.
   

2. If trying the food for the first time, we recommend ordering a single bag and transitioning slowly to help prevent an upset stomach.
   

3. We do not accept returns for international orders.
   

SALE ITEMS & FREE ITEM RETURNS

Refunds for sale items are limited to the sale price, not the original price. If returning an order that included a free item, the free item must also be returned.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Bully Max Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for consideration of a replacement. Reports received after this period will not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Only the specific damaged or missing item will be replaced — not the entire order.

To process a claim, you must:

• Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box (including all sides and any shipping labels).

• Email the photos along with your order number to help@bullymax.com.

• Follow any additional instructions provided by our Customer Service team.

Products found to be damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not covered under this policy and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To maintain product quality and ensure coverage under this policy:

• Always store all products in their original, sealed bags (clamped shut), in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled environment.

• Do not store products in garages, outdoors, open containers, storage bins, or damp environments such as basements, as this may void eligibility for replacement.

By purchasing from Bully Max, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements.

We must receive your item within 14 days of receipt, and it must be returned using a valid return label from us.

COUPONS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS

• Only one (1) coupon code may be applied per transaction, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
  

• Bully Max reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of any coupon(s), promotional codes, or the quantities of items purchased at its sole discretion, without prior notice, as permitted by applicable law.
  

• Coupon codes may generally be applied to your first subscription order only, unless explicitly stated in the terms of a particular promotion.
  

• Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. They may not be returned, redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or replaced if lost or stolen.
  

Subscription Discount Policy:
As of December 6, 2023, Bully Max set a standard recurring subscription discount rate of 10%. This discount may be adjusted in the future at our discretion. However, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any subscription discount changes to the email address you provided at checkout or in your account profile.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Subscription Management & Cancellation:

You have full control over your subscription and may pause, resume, update, or cancel at any time.

We make these options available 24/7 for your convenience. By subscribing, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive recurring shipments.

Bully Max does not provide refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to a cancellation request. By maintaining a subscription, you agree to these terms and accept that billing and shipments will continue until you take action to pause or cancel.

You can also update, pause, resume, or cancel your subscription anytime using the Bully Max mobile app:

2. Log in with your Bully Max account credentials.
   

3. Go to “Subscriptions.”
   

4. Adjust frequency, change shipping dates, add/remove products, or pause/cancel directly in the app.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times. Any transit times or delivery estimates displayed on shop.bullymax.com, or provided in order confirmations or tracking updates, are strictly estimates for convenience only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delays can occur and agree that we are not liable for any costs or damages arising from such delays.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $100 in the USA, excluding AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, and AE.

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, your purchase of products or services from Bully Max, or any matters under these Terms (including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof), shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator may award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court can, and must follow these Terms.

You and Bully Max each agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Bully Max each waive any right to a jury trial.

This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

By accessing or using this website, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to your use of this site, our Privacy Policy, or our Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You further agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to this agreement shall be the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
