Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, USPS, or Fedex in the USA.

Will I receive tracking info?

What if my package is marked delivered but not received?

How long do refunds take?

Once received and inspected, we process refunds within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email us photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number. We’ll send a replacement. File a claim here.

How do I start a return?

2. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Remember: no refund without it.

3. Package the item in its original, sealed packaging.

4. Ship it back within 14 days of delivery.

5. Once received, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days.

How do I manage my subscription?

Do I get notified before my order ships?
