How does Subscribe & Save work? Skip, pause, change or cancel
Subscribe & Save takes 10% off the one-time price on every delivery and ships free on subscription orders of $35+. There is no monthly fee and no minimum number of orders: you pay the subscription price each time a box ships, and you choose how often it ships.
How often will it ship?
When you subscribe we pre-pick the delivery schedule from how long that bag lasts a typical dog (from the feeding guide on the bag). You can change it to any schedule you like before you add to cart or any time afterwards.
Skip, pause, move a date or swap products
Sign in to your account and open Manage subscription (or go straight to the subscription portal). From there you can skip the next box, move the ship date, change size or flavor, add Power Tabs or chews, update your address or card, or pause. We email a reminder before every shipment so you have time to make changes.
How do I cancel?
Same place: subscription portal → your subscription → Cancel. No phone call, no fees. If a box already shipped before you cancelled, contact us with the order number.
Can I use a discount code on a subscription?
Subscribe & Save is already a standing 10% off, and most promo codes apply to one-time purchases only (one code per order). Bully Max Rewards points are earned on every order, including subscriptions. See discount codes, rewards and gift cards.
