Is Bully Max safe? Recalls, ingredients and who makes it
Has Bully Max ever been recalled?
No. Zero recalls since 2009. Every batch is tested in three stages before it ships.
Who makes it, and where?
Bully Max is an American company that has made high-protein food and supplements for bully breeds and working dogs for more than 15 years. Our foods are made in the USA, and every order ships straight from us.
Does it have steroids or hormones in it?
No. Bully Max dog food is food: meat meal, rice and the rest of the panel you can read under Ingredients on every bag and product page. Nothing on that list is a steroid or a hormone. Our supplements print every ingredient on the label too. Feeding it changes nothing about temperament; the only thing to watch is the switch, which should take 7–10 days.
What is in it?
Meat-based recipes with no by-products. Every product page shows the full ingredient list and guaranteed analysis exactly as printed on the bag, plus calories per cup so you can compare formulas. 30/20 Beef and 25/11 Lamb are chicken-free; 30/20 Chicken has no corn, wheat or soy added.
Why does this bag look or smell a little different?
Real meat and grains vary a little from batch to batch, so colour, kibble size and smell can differ slightly. If a bag looks or smells wrong, or arrived damaged, message us with a photo and the lot number printed on the bag and we will look into it.
