The spot is a holiday story set in an old workshop, where Santa shares a treat with an American Bully. It is the same commercial we ran for the holiday season, and the version recognized by the Academy.

The gift in the title is the one every Bully Max owner gives their dog: high-performance, meat-based nutrition, every day.

Made In-House by the Bully Max Team

“The Gift of Power” was produced by Brian Marczewski, who leads video for Bully Max. It came out of the same team that films our sponsored handlers, our onboarding videos and the Bully Max Sports series, where we travel to weight pull, wall climb and ADBA events to document the dogs and the people behind them.

Regional Emmy Awards recognize excellence in television and media produced within each NATAS chapter’s region. For a family-owned U.S. company founded in 2009, seeing our own team’s work recognized alongside professional broadcasters means a lot. Congratulations, Brian.

Why We Tell Stories About Dogs

Bully Max started with one goal: high-performance, meat-based nutrition for dogs that work, compete and live hard. Everything we film comes back to that. Every batch is triple tested for safety, every food is made in the USA, and we have zero recalls. Owners have left over 50,000 5/5 reviews, and Dog Food Advisor rates Bully Max 5/5. The commercial is the fun part. The food is the part that has to be right every day.
